1. Who we are
Pullse, Inc. ("nozle", "we") is a Delaware corporation. We are the data controller for personal data collected through our marketing site, and a data processor for personal data you submit when using the Service.
2. What we collect
Account data (name, work email, company), product telemetry (events you meter through the Service), and standard web analytics (IP, user agent, page views). We do not sell personal data. We do not use it to train AI models.
3. Why we collect it
To provide the Service, support customers, secure our infrastructure, comply with legal obligations, and (only with consent) send product updates. Each purpose is mapped to a lawful basis under GDPR.
4. Sub-processors
We use a small set of vetted sub-processors (cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring). We give 30 days' notice before adding new ones.
5. Data residency
Customer data is stored in the United States. We do not move data to other regions without your written consent.
6. Retention
Account data is retained for the life of the account plus 90 days. Metered events are retained for 7 years for tax compliance, unless you instruct otherwise. Backups are purged within 35 days.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Email privacy@nozle.dev and we will respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, email privacy@nozle.dev and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Where personal data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (2021) and the UK IDTA. Our DPA includes these by reference.
11. Changes
Material changes are announced 30 days in advance via email and a banner on this page.
